Greet all patients in a welcoming manner Patient screening Wheelchair and sanitation assistance Communicate with guests effectively and offer Way-finding Identify additional customer service opportunities Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times Perform other related duties required to maintain a compassionate and safe environment for all patients, guests, and medical personnel.
REQUIREMENTS:
Positive and friendly attitude COVID-19 VACCINATION Clean-cut appearance Fluent in English and well spoken Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a criminal background check Minimum 2yrs customer service experience We are looking for exceptional and compassionate individuals with a passion for customer service and doing their very best at everything they undertake.
We perform background checks and motor vehicle reports, so clean records are a must.
