Golf Outside Services Professional

Park Ridge, IL Park Ridge, IL Full-time Full-time $18 an hour $18 an hour Overview Outside Service Professionals assist the Head Golf Professional in the day-to-day golf and bag storage operations of the Country Club.
All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction of all customers.
Experience Required Ideal candidate to have experience within the golf industry.
Customer service experience needed.
Looking for a career minded individual with a serious intent to work and grow in the golf industry.
Position is entry level golf position with strong potential for advancement in golf operational program.
Essential Responsibilities Assists with the overall upkeep of the cart fleet, bag storage room and club cleaning.
Performs range maintenance such as:
presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day.
Assists in the management of Toptracer Range specific to errant shots to the South side of the driving range.
Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
Provides excellent service to achieve member and guest satisfaction.
Maintains the cart staging in a neat and orderly fashion, including the bag room and bag drop area.
Directs start of play when necessary.
Cleans golfer's clubs at the completion of play and practice.
Regular and reliable attendance required in a timely fashion.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work on their feet for 8-10 hours at a time.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
