The ideal candidate will have some background in Human Resources/Recruitment.
This position is not limited to recruitment only and will involve the tracking and follow up of potential candidates to fill positions available companywide.
The company will rely on you to assist our Human Resources Coordinator in identifying where there is a need for additional hiring, as well as evaluation of potential candidates.
This role will report to the Human Resources Coordinator and Director.
This role does require communication with managers located nationwide.
A good fit for this role is someone who is versed in conducting recruitment outside of the Chicagoland area.
Applicant must be comfortable receiving and producing correspondence with potential candidates and their corresponding managers.
Experience working with Indeed will be preffered, but is not required.

Responsibilities Evaluation of resumes of potential candidates Keeping in direct contact with HR Coordinator to ensure hiring for specific regions is completed in a timely manner.
Verifying current or potential licensing requirements regarding candidates considered.
Placing pre-screen calls nationwide to screen candidates prior to their contact with their corresponding potential manager.
Familiarizing yourself with the field of private investigation, to be able to speak to candidates with previous experience in an efficient manner.
Keeping records of calls placed, and conversations had, organized by region/location in order to keep accurate metrics on the hiring process.
Responding to potential candidates, sometimes on behalf of HR Coordinator/Director regarding queries about the onboarding process, training, etc.
when starting out! Assistance with resume review, in relation to the positions actively posted.
Working with the company Indeed account to assist the HR Coordinator in recruitment, as well as monitoring active job postings.
Skills:
Recruitment experience - even if on a small scale! Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
Basic understanding of databases/reporting.
Ability to generate reports according to data being obtained by HR team to better streamline the hiring and advertising process companywide.
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
Great attention to detail.
High school degree or equivalent.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
