Responsibilities:
Greet members by name and with a smile Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and workers Maintain cleanliness of the spa's front desk, shop and tanning areas (if applicable) Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly in a professional manner Maintain constant communication with spa staff regarding appointment bookings Book appointments and take payment upon completion of applicable service(s) Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance cash register at the close of each shift Connect with clients via phone for reminder and confirmation calls Serve as an expert on Recovery Lounge products and services Educating clients on the Recovery Lounge services, including medical benefits and precautions Respond to members' questions and concerns as needed Provide additional support to the other departments as needed What We Offer:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
