International manufacturing corporation is looking for a Customer Service person who has worked in manufacturing before and has a college degree. This position is not traditional, you need to be able to handle the following duties:
SAP experience - handling large consumer accounts
Enter orders and coordinate changes to orders, delivery, pricing, and freight recovery
Invoicing, credit memos, and issue commissions to distributors
Verify stock with MRP system, as well as coordinating with other Customer Service Associates and Manager on low stock situations to determine priorities
Ability to analyze situations carefully and adopt an effective course of action
Coordinate all customers needs in regards to Spec Changes, Artwork and Package spec changes.
Must be College Degreed!
Some travel out of state is required! About 25% or less.
