Company Name:
CyberSearch, LTD
Support Team Lead/Manager
3-4 months- C2H role
$55-60/hr all inclusive

The client is looking for a 3 to 4 month interim role for someone who has worked with SaaS (software as a service like salesforce.com) and knows how to set up a help desk and self-help documentation to support their software.

Requirements
5-8 years of overall experience
Experience designing, developing and managing a Support desk for application support (not PC support, Software support)
Prefer experience with SaaS (Salesforce, Workday, any cloud, subscription based software.
Prefer Someone that has set up a small SaaS support structure, run a small help desk, knows how to set up online support documentation, etc.
Preferably from a small company, even a start-up level versus a large company (they average $5K a month for their software and can't afford to put a lot of resources on one-to-one service/support; they need a cost effective way to service / help / educate)
The help desk won't handle software bugs, only help, education, etc.
Don't need a CIO level person, in fact he doesn't want a highly experienced, high level resource, more about knowing the current SaaS environment
Wants someone who is highly savvy on the latest technologies/how SaaS works and can work in that environment
Technology used is Jira Service Desk from Atlassian. Experience with this tool would be nice-to-have

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job.
