Director of Rehab NonClinical (DOR)

Genesis Rehab Services is a leading provider of Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapy for older adults in skilled nursing facilities, independent and assisted living communities, CCRCs, Transitional Care Units, patients' homes, hospitals, adult day care programs and outpatient clinics throughout the US. Genesis Rehab Services is now hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations! The Director of Rehab is responsible for successful operations of her/his assigned location(s) - ensuring the efficient administrative and operational management of rehabilitation services. Primary Job Responsibilities: 1.Ensures that the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered and maintained 2. Assumes responsibility for the efficient and profitable management of rehabilitation services in assigned site(s) of service 3. Assumes responsibility for insuring departmental compliance with all regulatory and practice act requirements with input from Regional Clinical Director and/or lead clinician 4. Operationally manages personnel and consultants providing service within facility or patient homes DRGN QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a business focus   2. Minimum of 3 years' health care experience and 1 year management experience preferred   3. Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing required   4. Must have good verbal and written communication skills   5. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and problem solve appropriately   6. Must have thorough knowledge of all state practice acts   7. Must possess the ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and general public   8. Must possess the ability to effectively manage/motivate staff

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
