Job # 587505 Consumer Products Company is looking for:   POSITION: Director Sales Strategies/Division General Manager LOCATION: Park Ridge Illinois (near Ohare) SALARY: $180-200K + 25% Bonus DEGREE:  Degree Preferred EXPERIENCE: 10 + Years Consumer Products experience with Full P&L / EBIDTA with a focus on Sales Penetration but understanding of manufacturing and supply chain. Must have US Retailer Experience RELOCATION: Assistance Available   Position Needs: This will be a small business portfolio in a much bigger company, less than $50M.  Company is looking for someone that has a strong sales and branding that also has experienceworking with the fully P&L and EBIDTA of a business. This is a tremendous growth opportunity long term. Must have P&L management and supply chain involvement have experience dealing with / selling through Walmart or other major retailers (i.e. experience in our channel, not just in big box home improvement, for instance). The position will be responsible for bringing together all aspects of the strategic growth plan for sales and marketing for business category, from strategic development through execution of an integrated marketing and promotion plan. The Director will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and marketing teams while working with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Leadership Group, and Corporate Develop annual strategies, objectives and budgets for the brand Develop the holistic planning document that outlines the brand vision, strategy and the marketing communications strategy Work with Marketing Services and outside agencies to drive and create an integrated / holistic plan (across all elements of the marketing mix) Ensure all creative executions meet quality expectations and fit with the brand equity Work with Marketing and Sales teams to implement annual plans, tactics and budgets Manage masterbudget Monitor progress against objectives, develop recommendations and communicate as needed to achieve objectives Achieve annual profit, market share, and budget objective Analyze and understand key business trends, track and report business results weekly, monthly and quarterly and provide recommendations to address issues in a timely manner Effectively coordinate and provide direction to internal functional support teams and outside agencies (promotion, design, research, etc.) Drive new product initiative process to bring consumer focused innovation Utilize the stage gate process and lead on Initiative teams for specific business segments.
Salary Range: $225K - $250K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
